Compensation:

$150,000+

Responsibilities:

• Engage with pre-qualified buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property showings and consultations, providing expert advice and insights.
• Prepare and present compelling offers that align with client goals and market conditions.
• Negotiate contracts and terms effectively to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact to closing and beyond.
• Maintain regular communication with clients using CRM systems to keep them informed and engaged throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Real Estate License is required to ensure compliance and readiness to engage with clients immediately.
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
• Ability to effectively utilize company-provided leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for clients, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
