Bilingual Workers' Comp Paralegal - Case Management Pro

Experience Required 1-3 years of workers' compensation paralegal or legal assistant experience (required) What You'll Do Act as a primary contact for injured workers, adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses under attorney supervision, and file them with the Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation or Office of Administrative Courts Analyze and organize incoming medical records Maintain clients file with a case management and operating system called Filevine Coordinate depositions, independent medical examinations (IMEs), and hearings Conduct research on Colorado workers’ compensation statutes, case law, and procedural rules Manage the attorney's calendar and stay ahead of upcoming appointments and deadlines What We're Looking For Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload without losing accuracy when priorities shift Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for deadlines Ability to stay composed, focused, and effective under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance A genuine interest in the legal field and commitment to quality work Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Many of our clients speak Spanish exclusively, and your fluency directly supports their access to justice. Compensation Pay Range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with bonus potential. Most candidates start in the lower half of the range depending on experience. Final salary is based on education, training, and demonstrated performance.
