Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry, travel assignment in Kansas City, KS, United States. Start date: 09/13/2026. Duration: 15 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,056–$2,113 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: hospital telemetry unit within a hospital/health system environment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and care for adult telemetry patients, including continuous rhythm analysis and response to alarms
- Administer medications and administer care per physician orders, documenting in the patient record
- Perform focused patient assessments, update care plans, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and support staff to maintain patient safety and quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes; ensure proper handoffs during shift change
- Provide unit coverage as needed, including float to related units during fluctuations in patient census

Requirements
- Active state RN license (Kansas RN) in good standing
- BLS certification
- Education: Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or higher
- Experience: 1+ year of Telemetry RN experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work in a high-acuity telemetry environment and to float to related units as needed
- Credentialing: CBC, DS, and lab work must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance
- Availability to work weekends (Fri–Sun) and to participate in required holiday coverage
