Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to interface with clients and manage project tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in GC, subcontractor, or engineering. The ideal candidate will have a knack for prioritizing tasks based on customer needs and be willing to step into a unique project coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main interface with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Coordinate project tasks and manage schedules efficiently.
• Utilize Excel and general computer skills to track and report project progress.
• Organize and prioritize tasks based on customer needs.

• Collaborate with specialized teams to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

• 0-3 years of experience in project coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and general computer knowledge.
• Strong communication and social skills.
• Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and effectively.
• background in GC, subcontractor, or engineering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Bluebeam is a plus.
• Teachability and willingness to learn unique processes.

Work Environment

The Project Coordinator will work in the WIC office and collaborate with teams specializing in different areas. The company focuses on industrial material handling projects, including mechanical and control systems design, and requires a proactive individual who can independently complete tasks. The role involves working with large steel structures and requires a personality that prioritizes client needs effectively. The environment is dynamic, with projects in various sectors such as Airport, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Parcel, Postal, and Power & Heavy Industrial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $43.00/hr.
