Field Service Dispatcher (Forklifts/Lift trucks/Aerial Equipment)

South Florida Caterpillar dealer seeking a Field Service Dispatcher. Applicant chosen will report to the Service Manager, and the primary function is to dispatch the service technicians and handle all administrative duties to get the service orders opened and invoiced.

Primary/Essential Responsibilities: Schedule dispatch and supervise Field Technicians. Schedule work effectively to meet WIP standards. Maintain customer communications. Answer incoming calls from customers and technicians. Enter and update dispatch calls into the dispatch database program. Maintain customer daily reports and PM logs. Manage third party invoicing. Follow policies and procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned. Valid Florida license with clean record needed. The selected candidate will have a background check and a drug test. Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred).
