Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our travel team in a OUT PATIENT setting, in Jacksonville, IL! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active IL. OUT PATIENT license
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
• This position begins on 07/13/2026 and ends on 10/10/2026
