Fund Controller

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fund Controller to oversee the accounting and financial reporting operations for our investment funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fund accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
- Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and capital call/distribution notices.
- Oversee NAV calculations, fee calculations, and carried interest allocations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with fund managers, investors, auditors, and service providers.
- Lead and develop the fund accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 8-10 years of fund accounting or private equity experience.
- Strong knowledge of fund operations and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
