Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, teachers, and families
• Compassionate approach to guiding students with speech and language needs
• SLPA credentials are not considered for this opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging speech-language services to students, per IEP goals and district guidelines
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Work alongside educators and families to integrate therapy into classroom learning
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
• Provide consultative support to general education teachers and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports each child’s unique growth and abilities
