We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists for the upcoming academic year, with two roles available: one focusing on preschool ages, and another serving both preschool and elementary students. Whether you already hold your CCCs or are a Clinical Fellow seeking supervision, you're encouraged to apply. While in-person engagement is preferred to foster strong connections with students and staff, a hybrid model can be considered for the right candidate.

What You’ll Bring:

• Indiana state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) will also be considered with supervision provided
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in educational settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and data for reporting
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and success
• Engage families in the therapy process and consult with classroom staff to implement speech and language strategies
• Participate in professional development opportunities
