Shipping/Receiving Clerk
$18 per hourWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join the warehouse team and help keep operations moving smoothly. - Prepare Shipments: Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, ensuring compliance with shipping specifications.
- Verify Documentation: Prepare and verify bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, and other shipping documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate Logistics: Arrange for carrier pickups and contact freight companies to schedule shipments and negotiate tracking updates.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate logs of all outgoing shipments, tracking numbers, and destination data.
