Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join the warehouse team and help keep operations moving smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess organizational skills, and take pride in accuracy, this role is for you.                                              

salary: $18 - $19.99 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Prepare Shipments: Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, ensuring compliance with shipping specifications.

• Verify Documentation: Prepare and verify bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, and other shipping documents for accuracy.

• Coordinate Logistics: Arrange for carrier pickups and contact freight companies to schedule shipments and negotiate tracking updates.

• Maintain Records: Keep accurate logs of all outgoing shipments, tracking numbers, and destination data.
