Recovery Case Manager — Housing & Support Services

S:US in New York is seeking an experienced Case Manager to support participants in early recovery within an OASAS-funded program. You will address preparatory needs, develop daily living skills, and teach coping strategies through group and individual work. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, documenting charts, housing assessments and referrals, and participating in trainings and meetings.
