Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 3 to support a major Medicaid system modernization initiative . This role focuses on business analysis, project oversight, requirements management, vendor coordination, UAT, and Agile delivery for enterprise healthcare applications. Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements. Develop and review project artifacts including requirements, test cases, traceability matrices, and technical documentation. Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives. Analyze systems, troubleshoot issues, and support solution implementation. Manage project scope, user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration, and deployment activities. Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Analyze HHSC policies, procedures, and standards to ensure alignment with system functionality. Assist in creating documentation and standardized processes for integrated Medicaid solutions. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery in an Agile environment.
