Program Manager (supply chain/procurement)

Process Mapping & Transformation Conduct detailed current state process mapping of supply chain and procurement workflows. Design and document future state processes, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, KPI s, etc., recommending actionable improvements. Program Management Develop and manage deliverables for supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives. Work cross-functionally with teams, including procurement, network, device, and IT, to ensure thorough documentation. Monitor and report on progress, ensuring alignment. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process improvements. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on transformation goals. Serve as a key liaison between technical and business teams. Data-Driven Decision Making Leverage data analytics (as necessary) to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 5-8 years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and/or process improvement roles. Technical Skills Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools. Certifications Six Sigma, or related certifications are highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
