Description Lead. Develop. Elevate. We are seeking a high-impact Service Manager to lead and grow one of our service departments. This role is responsible for building high-performing technicians, delivering 5-star customer experiences, and driving profitable, efficient, and ethical operations. If you are a natural leader, operationally strong, and motivated by building teams that win, this role is for you, and no field experience is required! What You’ll Do: Lead & Develop Technicians Recruit, hire, and onboard field technicians and apprentices. Conduct regular coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews. Build technical skills, customer experience excellence, and confidence at every stage of technician development. Lead ongoing training and customer service best practices. Drive Operational Excellence Oversee daily service operations and technician performance. Manage labor efficiency and department schedule. Serve as the escalation point for field and customer concerns. Align department performance with revenue and profitability goals. Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction standards. Build Culture & Accountability Model the company's core values daily. Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable. Promote collaboration, positivity, and continuous improvement.
