Head of Customer Service Operations

Position Overview As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring associates deliver excellent customer service and a high degree of professionalism, managing back of the house and markdowns, and assisting in all areas of store operations as needed. You will serve as a role model, demonstrate and reinforce the company’s Core Values, build trust and respect among peers and staff, and drive business results.

Provide guidance to the receiving team to expedite flow of merchandise from the receiving area to the sales floor.

Manage overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs, including the continuous flow process.

Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Support the Store Manager and others in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.

Skills and Competencies Provide outstanding customer service.

Manage service operations effectively.

Process information/merchandise through computer and register systems.

Adjust priorities, manage time wisely in a fast‑paced environment.

Utilize computerized scheduling and reporting software.

Qualifications 3+ years of Retail Management experience at an Off‑Price, Big Box, Specialty, or medium to large‑sized, multi‑unit retail organization with experience in Store Operations, HR, and Asset Protection.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Comfortable utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Travel required – as needed.

Compensation Compensation Range: $31.75 - $42.35 per hour.
