Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative
Our client is the AI Deal Workspace where 50,000+ sales teams run their deals. We give sellers and buyers one shared space — so decisions happen faster, champions can sell internally, and the 95% of buying activity that happens between meetings is no longer a blind spot. Customers like Deel, Salesforce, SimilarWeb, and Cognism use our client to stop losing deals between meetings.
Candidates MUST be on CST or EST time zone.
The Role
As a BDR with our client, you own the top of funnel. You'll generate pipeline by reaching sales leaders, RevOps teams, and AEs who are tired of email-file-link chaos and deals that go dark between meetings. You'll be the first voice prospects hear — and the one who convinces them there's a better way to run a deal.
What You'll Do
• Prospect and qualify outbound leads across mid-market and enterprise accounts via email,
LinkedIn, cold calls, and social selling
• Run multi-threaded outreach targeting multiple stakeholders in a buying group — we practice
what we preach
• Use our client’s rooms for prospect follow-up and outreach sequences — you'll know the product
hands-on from day one
• Research accounts to identify pain: stalled deals, single-threaded pipelines, poor buyer
visibility, missed quota
• Partner with AEs on territory plans and hand off warm, well-qualified opportunities
• Hit and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
• Feed market insights back to Sales and Product to sharpen our messaging and positioning
What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience, or strong internship/sales experience with hunger to
break into SaaS
• Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal
• Coachable, process-oriented, and genuinely competitive
• Curious about why deals stall and how sellers can help buyers decide faster
• Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Chili Piper
• Bonus: prior experience selling to sales, RevOps, or GTM teams
