Regional Director

Job Summary The Regional Director of Wellness is a traveling leadership role responsible for providing clinical oversight and nursing leadership across multiple senior living communities. This position serves as an Interim Wellness Director where vacancies exist and supports communities requiring additional clinical guidance and operational assistance. The Regional Director of Wellness ensures the highest standards of resident care by overseeing wellness programs, coordinating clinical services, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. This role requires frequent travel throughout Oregon and Washington and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents, families, and care teams. Key Responsibilities • Provide nursing leadership and clinical support to communities requiring temporary or ongoing assistance. • Oversee the physical, mental, and social well-being of residents. • Conduct pre-admission and ongoing resident assessments to identify physical and psychosocial care needs. • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans. • Coordinate care among residents, families, physicians, staff members, and third-party healthcare providers. • Promote open communication with residents and their families to ensure exceptional care and satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and clinical best practices. • Support community teams with operational and clinical leadership as needed. Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon, Washington, or California. • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, or related healthcare settings. • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and clinical operations. • Demonstrated leadership experience in senior living or healthcare environments. • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout assigned regions.
