FINANCE MANAGER – LDM (LATAM DISTRIBUTOR MARKETS)Provide end-to-end financial leadership for Latam Distributor Markets (LDM), ensuring strong governance, disciplined financial execution, and robust performance management across a decentralized, distributor-driven model. Act as a key finance partner to drive profitable growth, cash discipline, and strategic alignment across LATAM.THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!As our Senior Finance Manager, you provide end-to-end financial leadership for Latam Distributor Markets (LDM), ensuring strong governance, disciplined financial execution, and robust performance management across a decentralized, distributor-driven model.Act as the key finance partner to drive profitable growth, cash discipline, and strategic alignment across markets, while contributing to regional FP&A consolidation and executive visibility across LATAM.You will be reporting to CFO LATAM & SSA, and you will manage:Financial Governance & Market OversightEnsure consistent financial governance across LDM markets, adapting standards to distributor-based operating modelsOversee financial integrity of distributor reporting, including sell-in / sell-out alignment and inventory controlMonitor compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictionsPerformance Management & Value CreationLead performance tracking across LDM clusters (NR, GM, OI, working capital) with clear visibility on drivers and risksDrive disciplined planning cycles (budget, forecasts, outlooks), ensuring realistic market assumptionsIdentify growth opportunities and margin improvement levers in partnership with commercial teamsFP&A & Regional IntegrationAct as LDM lead within LATAM FP&A Co-Pilot consolidationDeliver high-quality financial insights and forward-looking analysis to support regional and global decision-makingEnsure alignment of LDM performance with regional targets and OI protection agendaBusiness Partnership & Strategic SupportServe as key finance partner to LDM commercial leadership and Regional CFOSupport distributor negotiations, commercial models, and route-to-market optimizationContribute to strategic initiatives, including expansion into new markets and portfolio prioritizationInternal Control & Risk ManagementImplement fit-for-purpose control frameworks adapted to distributor environmentsAssess and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks across LDM footprintEnsure transparency and reliability of financial data coming from external partnersYOU ARE A COTY FIT As a finance leader operating in complex, distributor-driven environments, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
