Job Summary:The HR Coordinator supports all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. This role helps ensure efficient HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies, GMP, and federal and state employment regulations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationFacilitate onboarding, new hire orientation, and I-9/employment documentationMaintain HRIS records, personnel files, and employee data reportingSupport payroll processing, attendance tracking, and compensation administrationAdminister employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, claims resolution, and vendor coordinationProcess and monitor FMLA and other leaves of absenceAssist with employee relations, including responding to inquiries, counseling, and exit interviewsSupport performance management processes and training initiativesAssist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and the employee handbookEnsure compliance with EEO, affirmative action, and employment lawsMaintain records and reports to support audits and regulatory requirementsRepresent the organization in HR-related meetings, hearings, or investigations as neededPartner with external vendors and benefit providersWork Environment:Combination of office and manufacturing floor environmentExposure to spices and production areas as neededPPE required when entering production areas (hairnet, gloves, etc.)PPE required when entering production areas (hairnet, etc.)Qualifications:2–4 years of HR experience preferredExperience in manufacturing or food production environment a plusKnowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practicesExperience with HRIS and payroll systemsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of confidentiality and attention to detailStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
