Project EngineerJoseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to join our Project Management team. As a member of the Project Management department, this individual will report directly to a Project Executive. Voted "Best Place to Work" for the past 7 years in a row, JJA is a dynamic, fun environment with significant career opportunities to further grow and develop professionally.Essential Functions Of The Position:Coordinates project activities and tracks materialsOversees and monitors production in conjunction with Foreman and SuperintendentUpdates project schedules and assists with job meetingsReviews submittals, prepares contract documents, and maintains contract filesDrafts purchase orders, subcontracts, and change ordersEnsures accuracy and timeliness of timecard processingSubmits subcontractor invoices and requests for paymentNote: These duties listed are meant to describe the general scope of the work. Other duties may be assigned based on business needs within the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related fieldStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, HCSS, and scheduling softwareValid CA driver licenseAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong work ethic, team player, and attention to detailOther:This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorshipWhy Join JJAJoseph J.
