Here at Gateway, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious individual for our fast pace Lakewood based construction firm, to assist our COO with operations. Gateway is a growing full service, nationwide, commercial general contracting and construction management firm. Over the course of the past nine years we have earned a reputation as a premier partner for projects in retail, commercial, hospitality, and multi-family. Job Description What will I be doing? Project Coordination Soliciting bids from trades RFI, RFP, Communicating with Architects and city officials Scheduling trades and inspections Right hand to the COO to assist with operations Qualifications What are we looking for? Superior communication skills bothwritten and verbal Must be a quick learner- we will train as needed Experience in the Construction industry is a plus but not a must Additional Information What do we offer? Full Time Position Salary: $22/ per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm #J-18808-Ljbffr Gateway Property Solutions
