About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for the Office of the COO. This pivotal role involves being a trusted partner to the COO, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, and ensuring the execution, accountability, and alignment of these initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will be a key figure at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, and leadership, and must be a strong problem solver and project leader, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and moving complex initiatives forward across multiple teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include partnering with the COO to drive the execution of strategic and operational priorities, leading cross-functional initiatives, tracking commitments, and proactively identifying and managing risks. The role also requires the preparation of executive communications, facilitation of meetings, and the establishment of processes to ensure the continuous progress of initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5-8+ years of experience in a highly analytical and execution-focused environment, and a proven track record of leading complex projects. They should possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, as well as strong project management and organizational abilities. High emotional intelligence, the ability to build trust, and a proactive, results-oriented approach are essential for this position.
