You will be the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring service issues are handled quickly, professionally, and correctly the first time. The goal is simple: deliver exceptional service, minimize callbacks, build lasting client relationships, and turn service opportunities into future reroof and restoration projects.


What you’ll do:

• Manage commercial roofing service projects from initial customer call through completion and follow-up.
• Lead and coordinate service crews, scheduling, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
• Build strong relationships with property managers, building owners, facilities teams, and repeat clients.
• Ensure every repair is diagnosed correctly and completed right the first time-because callbacks are not the standard.
• Review service opportunities for larger repairs, maintenance plans, restoration, and future reroof potential.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, service reports, and recommendations that earn customer trust.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality control, communication, and profitability.
• Mentor and support service team members while helping grow a service department known for responsiveness and integrity.

What we’re looking for:

• Commercial roofing service management, project management, estimating, or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial low-slope roofing systems, leak investigation, repairs, and maintenance.
• A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and follow-through.
• Someone who sees service as a relationship-builder and a pipeline for future reroof work.
• Proven ability to manage crews, priorities, budgets, and customer expectations.
• A professional who takes pride in doing quality work and representing a respected contractor.
