Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, with a strong focus on solution-based techniques.

• Maintaining meticulous, timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice at all times.

• Actively collaborating with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for patients.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review sessions that enhance the quality of care delivered and facilitate professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
