Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and case managers to provide comprehensive and individualized patient care.

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to each individual.

• Engage with clients and their families to provide emotional support, educational resources, and critical coping strategies during periods of transition and grief.

• Actively participate in case meetings, presenting findings and recommendations while integrating input from other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with clients facing complex life challenges associated with advanced illnesses, end-of-life considerations, and bereavement. This role includes providing critical mental health support to both patients and their families, ensuring that emotional needs are addressed sensitively and effectively. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
