Automotive Service Technician Spradley Kia - Pueblo, ColoradoJob Type: Full-TimePay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and other lawful job-related factorsJoin the Spradley Kia TeamSpradley Kia is looking for a skilled and dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our service team in Pueblo, Colorado.If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and want to continue developing your automotive skills, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoDiagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical systems.Perform routine maintenance and scheduled services.Inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs.Use diagnostic equipment and appropriate repair procedures to accurately diagnose vehicle concerns.Perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures.Complete repair orders and document work performed accurately.Perform quality-control inspections to ensure repairs are completed properly.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow dealership, manufacturer, workplace safety, and applicable environmental procedures.Communicate professionally with service advisors, coworkers, and management.Continue developing technical knowledge through training and hands-on experience.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForAutomotive service or repair experience preferred.Automotive technical training or equivalent hands-on experience is a plus.Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems using appropriate tools and equipment.Ability to follow technical information, repair procedures, and safety requirements.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Dependable attendance and a professional approach to work.Ability to work effectively as part of a service department team.ASE certification is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsPay: $25.00–$35.00 per hourBenefits include:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement planLife insurancePaid trainingBenefit eligibility, waiting periods, employee contributions, plan terms, and coverage are subject to the applicable benefit plans and dealership policies.Equal Employment OpportunitySpradley Kia is an equal opportunity employer.
