Machine Operator- Pay up to $22/hr- IN.

Location: Greenfield, IN

Pay: $22/hr

Shift: 2nd shift- 2:30 PM- 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

3rd shift- 10:30 PM- 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate up to four industrial machines simultaneously.
• Change tooling using hand and power tools.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and calipers.
• Read work instructions and production documentation.
• Complete production and batch documentation accurately.
• Perform material handling, lifting, and movement throughout the department.
• Assist with assembly, press operation, and other production tasks as required.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Stable work history with at least 1 year per employer.

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC, press, or laser operation experience.
• Mechanical assembly experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN 46140.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
