Human Resources ManagerA well-established Dallas law firm is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its team. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, supervising HR and administrative staff, and partnering closely with attorneys, managers, and firm leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment, and a strong background in employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and HR operations.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to HR and administrative support teamsOversee full-cycle recruitment for legal staff positions, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer negotiationsPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesManage new-hire onboarding, including orientation, policy training, and integration into the firmPartner with the Director of Human Resources on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of firm policiesServe as a trusted HR resource to attorneys, managers, and staffManage and continuously improve the annual performance review process for attorneys and staffLead employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiativesCoordinate firm events and manage associated budgetsIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes, procedures, and the overall employee experienceDevelop and maintain HR policies and departmental proceduresEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsCollaborate with other departments on firm-wide initiatives and special projectsAssist with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesPerform additional HR management responsibilities as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required3+ years of HR Manager experiencePrevious law firm or professional services experience strongly preferredExperience supervising and developing employeesStrong background in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and performance managementSolid knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory complianceExperience working with HRIS platformsProficiency in Microsoft OfficePHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretionHighly organized with excellent attention to detailStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced professional environmentWhy Consider This Opportunity?This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on while also serving in a leadership capacity.
