Role Overview The Business Support Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of business operations within a construction and maintenance environment. This position supports project delivery, coordinates administrative functions, and helps maintain high standards across compliance, communication, and efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative and operational activities Coordinate scheduling of works, labour, and resources Support project teams with documentation, reporting, and logistics Manage office systems, records, and document control processes Assist with financial tasks including invoicing, cost tracking, and purchase orders Support tender preparation and contract administration Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Maintain accurate compliance and audit records Act as a key point of contact between office staff, site teams, and management Support recruitment and general staff administration You will need Experience in a business support, operations, or office management role (construction industry preferred) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Competent in Microsoft Office and business systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
