Role - Software Testing / Quality Assurance

Job Description:

• Client is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support the Employee Document Repository (EDR) product team at the Charlotte CIC location.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong testing, analytical, and reporting skills, with hands-on experience using Workday, ServiceNow, SQL Server Management Studio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
• This role requires active participation in Agile ceremonies, test planning and execution, defect management, and release validation activities.

• Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios based on user story acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing.
• Review and validate test cases with Product Owners and project stakeholders.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Resolve testing ambiguities and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Coordinate and execute regression testing for every release.

• 3 plus years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, defect reports, and test execution summaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting HR, document management, or enterprise repository applications.
• Knowledge of release management and regression testing processes.
• Familiarity with test management and reporting methodologies.

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.

• 4 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Pay Range: $45- $50

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
