Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Approved Physical Work Location(s) – Specific address(s) needed

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in large, complex organizations
• Proven experience delivering in regulated environments (financial services preferred)
• Demonstrated success managing multi-stream, cross-functional initiatives

• Strong knowledge of: o Project delivery frameworks (waterfall and hybrid models) o Risk, control, and governance processes

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsDo you have a Job Description you’d like to use?
• Lead end-to-end project management across one or more critical Payment Operations programs

• Drive execution of key deliverables including: o Project plans, milestones, and dependency management o Defect tracking, issue resolution, and risk mitigation o Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR) and governance checkpoints

• Ensure alignment to enterprise change management and control standards
• Provide status reporting and executive-level communications (SteerCo, OC, leadership forums)
• Drive timely completion of control deliverables and remediation activities
• Maintain strong risk visibility and proactive escalation of delivery issues
• Improve delivery predictability, transparency, and speed through agile methodologies
• Act as an Agile coach and change agent across the portfolio
• Coach program teams, product partners, and stakeholders on:

o Agile principles and best practices o Roles and responsibilities (PO, Scrum Master, delivery leads) o Effective ceremonies and governance in an agile context

• Identify and remove impediments to agile adoption
• Support development of a scalable agile delivery model within Payments OperationsWhat are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position?

1. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models in enterprise environments
2. Experience serving as an Agile coach or transformation lead
3. Familiarity with payments processing, operations, or financial services transformation initiatives
4. Experience supporting regulatory or industry-driven programs (e.g., ISO20022)
