Health Information Specialist: EHR & Medical Records Pro
San Ysidro Health
San Ysidro Health seeks an HIS Specialist to uphold the integrity of the medical records process, performing sorting, scanning, and EHR updates. The role covers evenings/weekends and may require travel to SYHealth facilities to support HIS workflow and staff coverage. Responsibilities include obtaining and releasing records, processing consent forms, and maintaining PHI logs while adhering to HIPAA and department policies.
