Sales Representative - Fluent in Chinese or Korean Preferred

Are you passionate about cars, driven by performance, and motivated by opportunity? Car Pros BMW is expanding our sales team and looking for a talented Chinese or Korean Speaking Sales Professional to help us serve our diverse customer base with excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell or lease new and pre-owned BMW vehicles to walk-in and online customers

• Be a product expert —know your vehicles inside and out, including key features, competitive advantages, and performance specs

• Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and test drives in the showroom or on the road

• Use only legal and ethical selling techniques

• Ensure certifications are always up to date per BMW and manufacturer requirements

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals

• Maintain accurate customer records and communication in VinSolutions CRM

• Work collaboratively within the team and uphold all Car Pros standards and policies

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate

• Fluency in Chinese or Korean is highly preferred to better serve our clientele

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivated, energetic, and a team player

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to meet monthly sales and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals

Salary Range: $102,481.60 – $429,416.00 annually
