Job Description

A local non-profit healthcare organization is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join a busy healthcare pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent service in both English and Spanish.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist patients at the pharmacy counter
Register and update patient demographics and insurance information
Process prescription refill requests and patient payments
Perform daily cash handling and register operations
Provide information on medication assistance programs
Offer Spanish/English interpretation support as needed
Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy waiting area
Assist with over-the-counter inventory and product rotation
Answer patient questions and help resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
Pharmacy Technician license a plus
Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
