SAP Development and Integration Lead

• Act as the bridge between business problems and innovative solutions.
• Utilize methodologies, statistics, mathematics, domain expertise, consulting, and software engineering.
• Understand business objectives and requirements, converting them into data problems.
• Collect and explore data to identify patterns and insights for hypothesis creation.
• Assist clients in their SAP digital transformation efforts.
• Provide guidance and execute SAP digital transformation initiatives.
• Conceptualize, create, improve, and optimize solutions using SAP development tools and platforms.
• Work alongside global teams and partners to deliver solutions.
• Define and update solution and technology roadmaps and architecture documents.
• Deploy models as code to applications and processes, ensuring sustained business value.
• Develop and apply standards and policies to protect data security, privacy, accuracy, availability, and usability.
• Master data management, migration, strategy, change management, and policy and regulation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in SAP space with an emphasis on developing and delivering enterprise-grade global applications.
• Minimum of two SAP S/4 HANA migration projects experience, especially in custom code remediation.
• Good understanding of FIORI architecture, Launchpad configuration, app integration, and extension.
• Good understanding of ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM), and SAP UI5.
• Extensive experience with SAP BTP, especially in Integrations, SAP Build & process extensions.

Requirements

• Experience in SAP AII/OER, Advanced Track and Trace (ATTP), Corporate Serialization (CorS) is a huge plus.
• Exposure to SAP Integrations with B2B/EDI/IDOC, Concur, Ariba, Success Factors, Sales Cloud, and Coupa.
• Good understanding of several functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, and WM.
• Experience in developing rich internet applications (AJAX/JavaScript/JSON/JAVA/J2EE).
• Experience with Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and multi-cloud BTP environment.
• Working knowledge of Groovy Scripts and XML, XSLT.
• Experience interacting with Senior and Executive Leadership.
• Experience with multi-tier/hybrid-cloud system development for large enterprises.
• Knowledge of the agile development process, development best practices, system architecture, design, implementation, and test automation.
