Tax Manager - Advisor Support (Finance)

Tax Manager, Advisor Support Location: Scottsdale, AZ – Hybrid (1 remote day per week) Pay: $95,000 – $150,000 per year Must-Haves 3+ years of hands‑on individual and/or business tax experience (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S) Client‑facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable partnering with advisors, producers, and internal teams Tech‑forward mindset with interest in modern tax workflows (CCH experience a plus) CPA or EA strongly preferred, but not required if experience is strong Position Overview We are seeking a Tax Manager, Advisor Support to build and lead a new centralized tax support function for a fast‑growing national financial services platform. This role provides the unique opportunity to work directly with independent advisors and internal partners while shaping a high‑touch tax support service line that will scale nationwide.
