Circuit Manager - Network

Salary: $120,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma plus 9+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• We require TS/SCI eligibility.
• We need strong organizational skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• We require experience in network administration and circuit management.
• We need the ability to troubleshoot CPU logic and circuit failures.
• We require DoD 8140 Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, or CND.
• We require knowledge of contract management, AC and DC power systems, transformers, circuit protection, and protective relaying.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelors degree in a technical or engineering field, or an equivalent background.
• Preferred certifications include CCMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, or CPCM.
• We value adaptability and strong problem-solving skills in changing or unexpected situations.

• We ensure communication circuits operate properly and are maintained to support network operations.
• We coordinate with teams and agencies to meet circuit needs and resolve issues.
• We monitor circuit performance and utilization to maintain secure, efficient operations.
• We identify and correct communication circuit issues to reduce downtime and preserve dependable connectivity.
• We troubleshoot system failures and accessibility issues within the network.
• We support new and enhanced network implementations, installations, and technical refresh efforts at the site.
• We gather detailed information, analyze complex problems, and develop practical technical solutions across the enterprise.
• We handle network administration ticket resolution and support closure of network operations tickets.
• We complete initial categorization of service requests, including type, subtype, location, device, and priority.
• We use administrative network access to provision switches, routers, VLANs, and crypto.
• We research errors, incidents, and problems through network component access and perform incident analysis to identify potential issues.
• We route service requests to the appropriate organization for resolution.
• We perform root cause analysis and complete problem resolutions tied to incident tickets.
• We may configure, deploy, manage, and maintain monitoring systems used by technicians to track system and service availability and performance.
