Overview
Join our dynamic team in North Canton, OH, as a CNC Mill Machinist! We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components that meet our stringent specifications. Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist, specifically with milling machines.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
