Maintenance Tech

Job Title

Ensures that all manufacturing/facility systems are properly resourced and that all resources are efficiently utilized.

Provides technical support for efficient troubleshooting/problem solving activities and maintenance repair to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime.

Continuously apply sound engineering solutions to resolve hindrances to plant efficiencies and to drive continuous improvement.

Provides support in implementing/maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs to increase asset reliability.

Performs follow-up analysis to identify and resolve recurring operational issues.

Effectively communicates results and action plans to appropriate employees and managers.

Manages the buildings and grounds such that good manufacturing practices (GMP) are adhered to and a professional appearance is maintained.

Schedules mandatory inspections and coordinate certifications with appropriate authorities.

Must have minimum of 5 years minimum of manufacturing maintenance experience. Food manufacturing preferred.
