What You'll Be Doing \n

As a Sales Assistant, you'll work in established retail partner locations, introducing customers to a range of home connectivity and entertainment solutions. Your role is to educate customers, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process when they choose a service that meets their needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities \n

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner within assigned retail locations
\n
• Introduce home internet, streaming television, and mobile connectivity services
\n
• Explain available plans, pricing options, bundled packages, and current promotions
\n
• Help customers compare services based on their household or business needs
\n
• Answer questions about installation, equipment, billing, and activation
\n
• Complete customer enrollments accurately using company systems
\n
• Maintain accurate records of daily customer interactions and completed enrollments
\n
• Represent the brand professionally while contributing to a positive team environment
\n

No previous telecommunications experience is necessary. Comprehensive training is provided from day one.

Compensation & Career Development \n

• Weekly base pay plus uncapped performance-based commissions
\n
• Current team members earn an average of approximately 600-1,000 per week, with individual earnings based on performance
\n
