General Production

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay| Overtime available Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to3:15 PM 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM to 11:30 PM Position Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented General Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll support production operations by inspecting products, performing quality checks, packaging materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Reliability, attendance, and the ability to work overtime are essential for success in this position. What's the Job? Report quality issues or equipment defects to the line operator promptly. Perform quality checks and visually inspect tubes before packing. Review palletizing specifications and follow detailed instructions. Apply labels accurately to cases and ensure correct quantities are packed. Obtain corrugated supplies from staging areas and maintain a clean, safe work environment. What's Needed? High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Previous experience operating high speed equipment preferred. Good counting skills and ability to read instructions and labels. Ability to read tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools. Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced production environment.
