Overview Client Service Associate • 12+ month contract • Tempe, AZ What You'll Do As a Financial Service Professional, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors. You will begin with a training program that includes extensive training on our clients, systems, and products. You will receive hands-on coaching and guided on-the-job practice time. Upon graduation from training, you will join a team as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, handling 25–30 inbound contacts daily, from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions. Research & Navigate: Conduct detailed research and navigate various databases to provide accurate solutions for clients. What We're Looking For We seek strong collaborators who excel in a fast-paced, team environment, are passionate about client service, and want to build a career in financial services. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience. Registration: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is a plus. Experience: 0–2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment. Core Skills: High empathy, strong problem-solving abilities, initiative-taking with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, proficiency with computers and customer service software, ability to navigate multiple systems, and a desire for continuous learning. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Desirable: Experience in or education about the financial services industry. Work Schedule and Location We offer a variety of schedules to meet customer needs. Applicants must be able to support a regularly scheduled shift anytime between 8:00 a.m. EST and 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday. Shifts may be 4 days per week (10-hour days) or 5 days per week (8-hour days). Scheduling will be assigned based on business need. The role is based in the office locations mentioned and follows our hybrid working model. Initially, you will spend significant time in the office for training; after training, you will transition to a hybrid schedule with part of the week at home and part in the office, depending on business needs and team requirements.
