Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring all patient interactions and treatment sessions are accurately recorded and updated.
• Prioritize patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions by ensuring a supportive environment and addressing any patient concerns.
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to foster an atmosphere of shared success and effective patient rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting is necessary.
• Proficiency in implementing therapeutic exercise protocols and familiarity with rehabilitation methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package.
