Job Description

• Lead daytoday onsite construction activities for luxury residential projects valued at $2M+
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety and sequencing to ensure timely, highquality delivery
• Maintain exceptional quality control aligned with design intent and client expectations
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, millwork and design teams
• Utilise Procore and other construction management tools for documentation and reporting
• Oversee inspections, compliance and punchlist completion through project closeout
• Represent the builder professionally with clients, architects and consultants on site

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on highend residential construction projects
• Proven background delivering custom homes, major renovations or estatelevel builds
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor Licence (CSL)
• Proficiency with Procore; familiarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office preferred
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Detailoriented mindset with pride in craftsmanship and finish quality
• Willingness to travel for projects across New England (NH, Nantucket) and occasionally to SC and FL
