At Engauge Workforce Solutions , we're looking for a relationship-focused Account Manager to manage and expand our existing client partnerships. This is a true "farmer" role—perfect for someone who enjoys building trust, delivering exceptional service, and uncovering growth opportunities within established accounts. If you have staffing, recruiting, account management, or manufacturing experience and love working with people, we'd love to connect. What You'll Do Manage and grow an established portfolio of client accounts. Build long-term relationships through regular client visits and communication. Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and staffing services. Partner closely with recruiters to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences. Resolve issues quickly while providing best-in-class customer service. Maintain client activity and account information in Bullhorn CRM. What We're Looking For Staffing, recruiting, account management, or sales experience preferred. Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused. Experience with Bullhorn or other CRM/ATS platforms is a bonus. Why Join Engauge?
