Compensation: Commission based: earning potential anywhere from $150,000 to over $300,000 (no cap),  based on your experience and skill set.

The Opportunity

We're hiring experienced, full-time sales professionals to run in-home consultations with Austin-area homeowners.

This is not a lead-generation job. You will not cold call, knock on doors, or scrape for your own leads. We deliver 2 qualified, pre-set in-home appointments to each sales consultant every single day. Your job is to show up prepared, run a professional consultation, and close.

We are strict on qualifications for this role. This seat is for proven, experienced closers only.

Required:

• Significant sales experience: 5+ years with a verifiable track record of closing
• Direct experience in  remodeling, construction, or home-improvement sales: this is non-negotiable
• A history of closing high-ticket contracts in the home
• Strong consultative selling skills: you know how to run a living-room appointment from greeting to signature
• Full-time availability and commitment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (appointments across greater Austin)
• Ability to establish trust, friendliness, and put a homeowner at ease. We do not do very aggressive sales.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with earning potential anywhere from $150,000 to over $300,000 (no cap),  based on your experience and skill set.

Additional bonuses based off performance.
