Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an IT Specialist / Mobility Technology Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise mobility environment consisting of 11,000+ devices . This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, managing projects, and improving how technology supports everyday operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support and manage enterprise mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, hotspots, and other mobility technologies.
• Assist with device enrollment, configuration, and management using Microsoft Intune.
• Analyze device usage, conduct audits, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.
• Utilize Excel, pivot tables, and reporting tools to organize and analyze mobility data.
• Balance hands-on operational support with new technology projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams and departments to troubleshoot issues and drive projects through completion.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Excel skills, including hands-on experience with pivot tables.
• Experience supporting mobile devices, enterprise mobility, or IT operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other mobile device management platforms.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage priorities, investigate issues, and take ownership of assignments.
• Exposure to Tableau, BI tools, or healthcare IT is a plus!
