Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy , a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder , and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based, team-driven program that supports every student's growth. As a clinic-based BCBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale , you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing caregiver coaching and support Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm Location : 3319 N.
