Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay Rate: $19 – $23/hr (depending on experience)

Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approval before payment.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and assist with month-end closing activities and audits.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable, accounting, or related financial administration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
