Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and treatment needs.

• Providing individualized therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique experiences and therapeutic goals, leveraging modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy.

• Collaboratively setting therapeutic goals with clients and meticulously tracking their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Delivering remote therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face mobility challenges or geographic barriers.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Lifeworks, you will work with a diverse client population battling a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational concerns. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess:
